Recruitment
The recruitment process at Pepperdine lasts for three days in early September (open house night, sisterhood night, and preference night). During this time, girls have the opportunity to learn more each sorority on campus and connect with the girls. At the end of this process, it is Bid Day! During Bid Day, girls receive their bid and spend the rest of the night with their new sisters! Hello everyone! I’ve always wanted to be head of recruitment since the beginning of my own rush experience 3 years ago! I can’t believe the time has finally come. I could not be more excited to share Delta Gamma with you all and help you find your home!

DG has offered me more than I could’ve ever imagined. Being surrounded with such genuine driven intelligent loyal loving cool gals has made my time at Pepperdine the most rewarding. I’ve grown in the best way through many mentors inspiring me to be better. I found my bridesmaids and support system. I learned more about myself being in this sisterhood. Delta Gammas influence truly guides you to be the best version of yourself, radiating joy love light everywhere you go, with constant encouragement by your sisters.
The biggest piece of advice I can give to anyone beginning this journey is to trust the process and be yourself. While you should take this experience seriously, at the end of the day we want to get to know you, the real you. Be open and vulnerable and know that you will find where you are meant to be. We are so excited for you to find your home!
